All orders ship within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders 7–14 business days depending on location and customs.

Every order ships fully insured. Tracking is provided on all shipments.

Custom & Made-To-Order

Custom pieces have a 3–7 business day production time before shipping. Timeline is confirmed during the order process.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition with all packaging intact.

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom and made-to-order pieces
• Items that have been worn, resized, or altered
• Items without original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace or repair it at no cost. This does not cover damage from misuse, alterations, or normal wear.
